Diversity, inclusion, and belonging also contribute to positive work environments and increased employee retention. Purpose-Driven Leadership

Purpose-Driven Leadership explores the importance of having a clear purpose as a leader to effectively guide and motivate a team. A purpose should go beyond simply making money or achieving success and should instead focus on making a positive impact on others and society as a whole. Fifteen Rules of Great Product Leadership

Great product leaders reveal themselves through the people and products they build. They thrive at people management and product leadership, simultaneously building people and products. To become a great product leader, some of the 15 key rules are being liked, trusted, and respected, using your leadership voice for change, hiring from diverse communities, building allies, being passionate and curious about your product, mastering the art of collaboration, and recognizing that you do not have all the answers. A great product leader should also communicate through storytelling and cultivate relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Design-Driven Leadership is Product Management

The essence of leadership is to create a space that allows teams to imagine, dream big, and bring to life what was once unthinkable, ultimately changing humanity. A great product taps into our emotion-based brain by being functional, efficient, convenient, exciting, and captivating. To develop such a product, it's necessary to have multi-disciplinary teams from all walks of life, including UI/UX designers, working collaboratively to provide solutions that meet customer needs. Design-driven leadership means focusing on bringing a product experience with true customer value to the market. By involving customers and interdisciplinary partners in the process, we can achieve transformation and alignment, leading to inspired solutions that meet customer needs.
