Paying it Forward

The path to becoming a product manager is usually anything but predictable. Each of us took an unlikely journey shaped by mentors, sponsors, and allies who saw our potential and transformed the core of who we are. They empower us to build the tools that change humanity and enrich communities. Today, we stand as a testament to their unwavering belief in us. Their guidance helped us aim high and gave us the strength to face defining moments. Now, it is our turn to pay it forward. 

In honour of those who poured their energy and time into us, we embrace the responsibility of uplifting those around us. No matter the obstacles, we pledge to stand as a beacon of hope for the next generation of Black product leaders and help them forge ahead. If we believe in them, they will believe in themselves; when they do, they will achieve the impossible. 

We will help write the next chapter in the most extraordinary way.
